Inherit show-details property in health groups

Update `Group` properties so that the `showDetails` value does not
inherit `Show.NEVER`. Prior to this commit, the `Group` properties
would not correctly inherit a `showDetails` value from the main
`management.endpoint.health.show-details` property.
