Update `JerseyManagementContextConfiguration` so that customizer beans
are not longer applied. The endpoint resource endpoints are now added
with a registrar bean `@PostConstruct` method.
Prior to this commit, when running the management server on a different
port a `Resource` added by a customizer could be added two different
`ResourceConfig` instance. This breaks the singleton contract expected
by Jersey.

This commit splits the management context configuration for jersey
into two separate configurations depending on if the type is SAME or
CHILD. The configuration for the SAME context should only kick in if
there is no existing ResourceConfig bean.

Drop the status endpoint and merge functionality back into the health
endpoint. The `management.endpoint.health.show-details` property can
be used to change if full details, or just the status is displayed.

Update TestRestTemplate so that it no longer directly extends
RestTemplate. Prior to this commit it was possible that TestRestTemplate
could interfere with user defined RestTemplate beans.
TestRestTemplate offers the same methods as RestTemplate so should be
a drop-in replacement. If access is needed to the actual underlying
template the `getRestTemplate()` method should be used.

Move the @LocalServerPort to org.springframework.boot.context.embedded
since it's only really useful when working with embedded servlet
containers.

Since the `SampleJerseyApplication` class is already passed in the
`SpringApplicationBuilder` constructor, there is no need to override the
configure method of the `SpringBootServletInitializer` class.
Closes gh-5773
Rework the new testing support so that @SpringApplicationTest can be
used for standard integration tests, web integration tests with a
mock Servlet environment and web integration tests with an embedded
servlet container. This means that it a replacement for 1.3's
@IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest and allows all
SpringApplication testing to be configured using a common annotation.
The old @IntegrationTest and @WebIntegrationTest along with their
supporting classes have been reinstated to their previous form (while
remaining deprecated). This should ensure that they continue to work
in 1.4 exactly as they did in 1.3 giving users a smooth path to
@SpringApplicationTest.
See gh-5477
Given that Spring Boot uses java config accross the board, a new `value`
attribute is now aliased to the existing `classes` attribute such that
one could write the following:
@SpringApplicationConfiguration(MyConfig.class)
public class MyTest {}
Closes gh-3635
A dependency on org.glassfish.jersey.ext:jersey-bean-validation has
been added to spring-boot-starter-jersey. jersey-bean-validation’s EL
dependencies have been excluded in favour of those provided by
spring-boot-starter-tomcat (or starter-jetty or starter-undertow should
the user choose to use a different embedded container).
Closes gh-2315
If you inject the class (via a servlet parameter) it seems that
Jersey tries to create all the beans for you (and fails). I thought
it was supposed to work (according to the docs), so I'm a bit confused
but the sample now has Spring DI and the tests pass.
Fixes gh-1981
Jersey 2 has some Spring support built in but it's a bit awkward to
use in a Boot app, so autoconfiguration seems appropriate. The tests
and sample show how to use it, but the short story is that any
@Component can define JAX-RS endpoints via @GET etc.
There's a sample for Jersey 1 as well (pay careful attention to
the plugin configuration if you want to build an executable jar)
